Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we hold the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Customized products (including any custom print dates, names, or changes)

     

    Refund:

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

    NOTICE: You are responsible for providing your accurate and complete shipping address at the time of the transaction. A refund or replacement will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect shipping address provided by you at the time of the transaction. If there is an error in your shipping address, contact jamie@katiedoodle.com immediately. Once your purchase is shipped, we will not be able to offer further support.

     

    Late or missing refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact jamie@katiedoodle.com.
     

    Exchanges:

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to jamie@katiedoodle.com and send your item to:

    Shipping:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) if it is for reasons not due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item just because it was shipped back to us.

    Item will ship from our warehouses within 1-2 business days after the transaction is complete, this does not include weekends.  If you purchase a customized print, shipping time may be extended.  If you purchase a customized print with non-customized print(s), your items may deliver separately.

    Delivery Disclaimer:  Due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur during transit and your location, we cannot guarantee an actual delivery date.  All delivery dates are estimated base on the delivery service.  We will ensure that your purchase ships immediately, however, once your purchase is in the care of the delivery service it is out of our control.  If your delivery is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking number and contacting the delivery service.
